We’re looking for a passionate and curious Research assistant to join our team. What You’ll Do:

• Maintain, review, and curate records related to research materials across multiple databases.
• Evaluate legacy material records to identify documentation gaps and flag potential compliance risks.
• Support intake and validation workflows, ensuring materials meet established acceptance criteria.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and report any deviations or data concerns to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to the drafting and review of technical reports, intake logs, and supporting documentation.
• Organize and analyze data using Microsoft Excel or similar tools, and present key findings using PowerPoint

Who You Are:

• BS or equivalent with scientific discipline and 2 year plus of experience

• Experience working across multiple databases in support of scientific workflows or compliance efforts.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data review, organization, analysis) and PowerPoint for visual communication.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

• Analytical mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

• Commitment to high-quality work and adherence to established data management practices.

The hourly pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $23.50 to $30.50 per hour; Hourly pay offered may vary depending on the individual’s skills, experience and competitive market value. Additional total rewards include discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, short-term and long-term disability, company paid basic life insurance, 401k company match, flexible work, generous paid time off and paid holiday, wellness and transportation benefits.
