Senior Global Learning Specialist
We are looking for a digitally savvy Senior Learning Specialist to support our Learning, Leadership, and Talent processes through platforms, tools, and AI solutions.
In this role, you will focus on the operational and digital side of learning and talent, managing platforms such as EVOacademy and EVOconnect (Workday), supporting content creation, and helping teams use AI and digital tools to work more efficiently.
You will work closely with the Talent Management and Organizational Development Team (TMOD) and HRIS to ensure our systems are easy to use, well-connected, and support our business needs.
The position could be operated from one of our sites in Verona, Toulouse or Alderley Park.
Key Responsibilities
1. Learning & Talent Systems Support
Manage and improve EVOacademy (LMS) to ensure good user experience and engagement
Support EVOconnect / EVOtalks (Workday) for performance and talent processes (content, setup, user guidance)
Work closely with the HRIS team to implement changes and extract data and insights
Support the Leadership Model integration into EVOconnect (Performance Management), EVOAcademy (Learning Management System) and EVOzone (Intranet)
2. Digital Learning & Content
Upload, curate, and maintain digital learning content
Support the design and rollout of learning journeys and initiatives
Creation of learning materials and videos using digital and AI tools
Manage authoring tools (e.g. Easygenerator, Adobe, etc.), licenses, and vendors
Help scale simple, digital-first learning solutions across the organization
Manage operational topics such as purchase orders, licenses, and invoicing
3. AI & Digital Enablement
Use AI tools to improve content creation and team productivity
Identify simple AI use cases in learning and talent processes
Support the team in using digital tools more effectively
4. Communication & Engagement
Support communication of learning initiatives and campaigns (e.g., Leadership Model, EVOtalks)
Maintain and update intranet learning pages
Help increase visibility and participation in learning activities
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on learning and participation data
Support simple dashboards and insights on learning and performance
Help teams understand and use data to improve impact
Requirements:
Experience:
Demonstrable and significant progressive experience in Learning & Development, digital learning, or organizational capability roles.
Demonstrated success in managing enterprise-wide learning platforms and designing AI-enabled digital learning solutions.
Experience working in a matrixed, global environment with exposure to senior stakeholders and business leaders.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong project management skills, structured ways of working and self-organized
Experience in relevant program management.
Strong conceptual and design thinking with the ability to translate ideas into simple, pragmatic, executable solutions.
Expertise in AI-enhanced learning tools and digital content creation platforms (e.g. Easygenerator, Adobe ).
Strong communication, able to inspire through data and narrative.
Comfortable managing vendors, and cross-functional partnerships.
Fluent in English
