When can I apply?
There is no official deadline for applications. Positions remain open as long as we review resumes. Typically, our recruiting process begins six months in advance. Keep an eye on our job postings and apply early for the best chance.
How is the apprenticeship structured?
During the apprenticeship, you will receive comprehensive training in various job-related areas. This includes hands-on experience at Evotec, attendance at vocational school, and external training at our partner, "Research Center Borstel" for Biology apprentices in Hamburg.
What is the length of the apprenticeship?
The training for a Biology Laboratory Technician lasts 3.5 years, with potential for a 3-year duration based on performance. Warehouse Logistics Specialist training lasts 3 years, with the possibility of shortening to 2.5 years based on performance.
What does the selection process look like?
Upon submitting your online application (including your CV, cover letter, and school certificate), you'll receive a confirmation email. Our standard process includes two interviews: an initial online interview via Microsoft Teams and a second in-person interview on-site. The second interview may involve assessments, group exercises, and a tour of our facilities, allowing you to meet other apprentices.
