Manager, Sales Academy
The Manager, Sales Academy is responsible for building and delivering a world-class learning and development framework for the Sales organization. This role ensures that Sales teams are equipped with the capabilities, tools, and knowledge required to excel in a dynamic and competitive environment. By designing and implementing training programs on sales processes, negotiation techniques, new services, and commercial best practices, the Manager drives performance, consistency, and growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Process and Tools Training
Create and implement training modules on sales processes, CRM systems, and enablement tools.
Ensure Sales teams adopt standardized workflows and leverage technology effectively.
Act as a subject matter expert for process-related queries and tool utilization.
New Services and Solutions Enablement
Partner with Product and Marketing teams to develop training on new services, offerings, and value propositions.
Equip Sales teams with the knowledge to position and sell innovative solutions confidently.
Learning Program Management
Build a structured onboarding program for new hires to accelerate readiness.
Maintain a library of learning resources, including guides, playbooks, and best-practice materials.
Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with Sales leadership to identify capability gaps and prioritize learning initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between training content and business objectives.
Facilitate workshops and interactive sessions to drive engagement and adoption.
Sales Capability Development
Design and oversee training programs on core sales skills, negotiation strategies, and consultative selling, leveraging internal and external experts.
Develop and curate curricula to strengthen commercial acumen, customer engagement, and value-based selling.
Introduce advanced methodologies through partnerships with specialized providers to enhance deal structuring and closing effectiveness.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement platforms.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences.
Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, actionable learning.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Other Requirements
3+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or commercial operations.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
