What You’ll Do:
·Develop purification processes for biotherapeutics manufacturing.
·Transfer processes to clinical and commercial manufacturing facilities.
·Technology development to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of purification processes.
·Clearly and effectively communicating scientific information, experimental plans, and data.
·Maintaining the purification lab in compliance with the internal started.
·Maintaining the consumables for purification team.
·Authoring work instructions, protocols, reports, and slides in English which summarize, organize, and interpret experiment results with review by appropriate team members.
Your profile:
·Master’s degree in engineering, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or related field with 0 - 5 years of experience.
·Proficiency in both verbal and written English is essential.
·Experience with chromatography operations including using AKTA chromatography systems.
·Experience/knowledge with filtration operation including executing bench-scale dead-end filtration, viral filtration, UF/DF, and depth filtration.
·Experience with high throughput process development systems is a plus.
·Experience/Knowledge with multi column chromatography is a plus.
