WhatYou’llDo:

• Ensure/implementstrategicobjectivesforprocurementof services andinvestmentsat the locations in scope,derivedfromtheoverallprocurementstrategy

• Responsibilityfor objectivesrelatedtoproductivityandcostefficiencywithinthe area ofresponsibility

• Responsibilityfor key compliancemetrics,suchas compliance inorderingand process compliance in the area ofresponsibility

• Providesupport tocentrallymanagedprocesses(e.g., Sandoz Financial Controls, TPRM –ThirdParty Risk Management)

• Successfullyexecuteglobal,regional, and local projectsacrossvariouscategoriesandfunctions,ensuringalignmentof key stakeholders andcustomer/user satisfaction

• Manage thequalityof end-to-endprocurementprocessesat site/countrylevel,includingcompliancewithpolicies,strategies, andprocesses

• Providesupport toensuresmoothintegrationof service centers

• Managerelationshipswith(management andexecutive) stakeholders

• Actas the key contact point for stakeholders in the area ofresponsibility, building effectiverelationshipsbasedonmutualtrust andunderstanding

• Understandbusinessprioritiesandensurethatprocurementactivitieseffectivelysupport businessstrategies

• Communicateimportant business information to localteams, global/regionalcategorymanagement, andprocurementleads.

• Supplierrelationshipmanagement:

• Executethe Source-to-Contractprocess,includingappropriatestrategies,approaches, andmethods:prepareand leadfact-basednegotiations. Applysuitablenegotiationtacticstoachieveresultsthatsupport business andprocurementobjectives.

• Manage andbuildeffectiverelationshipswithkeysuppliersin the area ofresponsibilitytoensureSandoz gains valuethroughcostefficiencyandaccessto innovation.

• Ensureeffectiveimplementationof global supplierstrategies(e.g., introduction ofstrategicsuppliers,contractualprinciples,executionof global/regionalcontracts) at the locallevel.

• Manage localsuppliersin the area ofresponsibilityin linewithbusinessstrategiesand globalprocurementobjectives andstrategies(e.g.,paymentterms,tailspendsupplier management, local supplier managementprocesses).

Effective communication

• Ensureeffective communicationbetweendifferentProcurementfunctions.

• Actas the main contact for stakeholders for the relevant area ofresponsibility.

Personalandprofessionaldevelopment

• Responsibilityforpersonalandprofessionaldevelopment.

• Implementandcomplywithall instructions andrequirementstoensuresafework,environmentalprotection, and assetsafeguarding.

• Performothertasksdefinedin theannualgoal-setting and performancereviewprocess.

• Performotherdutiesasassignedby thesupervisororbasedonspecialappointment

Whoyou are

• Education:University/Advancedleveldegreeneeded.Master’sDegree/otheradvanceddegreein theEconomics, Finance orrelatedareasispreferred.

• Languages: English (excellence inspeakingandwriting)Spanishand French aredesirable.

• ExperienceandSkills:

>10yearsof relevant businessexperiencePreferably>5yearsofexperienceinProcurementorotherrelatedexperiencewithinthepharmaceutical, FMCG,

energyorautomativeindustry,preferablyincategorymanagement, supplier management, orrelatedarea,witha focus in the site servicesdomain.
