Role Purpose

Ensure strong operational coordination, execution discipline, and follow-up across all site activities.
Protect delivery of commitments, anticipate execution risks, and support the Site Head in maintaining control during ramp-up and integration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Planning & Execution Cadence

• Support the Site Head in the deployment of the approved Target Operating Model (TOM) for the Toulouse site.

• Translate the TOM into concrete governance structures, decision forums, escalation paths, and interaction models with Global functions.

• Maintain a single, consolidated site execution plan (annual + rolling horizon).

• Ensure alignment and consistency across Manufacturing, MSAT, Engineering, QA, Supply Chain.

• Identify conflicts, bottlenecks, and feasibility gaps early.

2. Action Tracking & Performance Visibility

• Own the single site action tracker.

• Ensure clear ownership, deadlines, and status for all actions.

• Escalate slippages factually and early.

• Consolidate site KPIs aligned with Large Molecules CBNs.

3. Cross-Functional Execution Coordination

• Coordinate day-to-day execution across functions.

• Support preparation of critical milestones (engineering runs, GMP runs, audits, shutdowns).

• Interface with the Integration & Build-up Team on execution dependencies.

4. Operational Issue Structuring & Escalation

• Structure issues before escalation (facts, impacts, options).

• Support data-driven decision-making.

• Escalate to Site Head when execution or readiness is at risk.

Education

• Master’s degree (MSc or equivalent) in Engineering, Industrial Operations, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or a related technical field.

Experience

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in industrial operations, manufacturing, or site execution roles within a regulated environment (biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or equivalent).

• Proven experience in cross-functional coordination, site-level execution governance, and operational planning.

Garantir la coordination opérationnelle, la discipline d’exécution et le suivi des engagements du site.
Sécuriser les jalons critiques et donner de la visibilité au pilotage site dans un contexte de ramp-up et d’intégration.

Responsabilités clés

• Accompagner la Directrice de site dans la mise en œuvre du Target Operating Model (TOM) validé pour le site de Toulouse.

• Traduire le TOM en structures de gouvernance concrètes, instances de décision, circuits d’escalade et modes d’interaction avec les fonctions globales

• Maintenir un plan d’exécution site consolidé (annuel + glissant).

• Assurer la cohérence entre les plans des fonctions.

• Piloter le suivi des actions et des KPIs site.

• Anticiper les conflits de ressources et de planning.

• Coordonner l’exécution transverse au quotidien.

• Structurer les sujets avant escalade (faits, impacts, options).

• Alerter la Direction Site en cas de risque sur les engagements.

Formation

• Diplôme de niveau Bac +5 (Master, diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent) en ingénierie, opérations industrielles, production, sciences de la vie ou domaine technique équivalent.

Expérience

• 10 à 15 ans minimum d’expérience en environnement industriel, idéalement en biopharmaceutique ou industrie réglementée.

• Expérience confirmée en coordination transverse, pilotage de l’exécution site et gouvernance opérationnelle.
