The Head of Outreach is responsible for driving proactive engagement with potential clients and partners across global regions and channels. This role combines strategic outreach and campaign execution to generate qualified leads and strengthen commercial impact. The position requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with events, marketing, and global priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Define and implement Evotec’s global outreach strategy aligned with commercial objectives.

  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for outreach activities across areas/campaigns.

  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities to enhance engagement and lead generation.

Campaign Design & Optimization

  • Oversee planning and execution of global outreach campaigns.

  • Ensure messaging consistency and alignment with Evotec’s brand and value proposition.

  • Monitor performance analytics and continuously refine strategies for maximum impact.

Channel Diversification

  • Utilize email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to reach prospects across geographies.

  • Explore new channels and tools to enhance outreach effectiveness.

Direct Qualification

  • Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and qualify leads through direct interaction.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and routing of qualified leads to appropriate teams.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of global outreach strategies and lead generation workflows.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital engagement platforms.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and adapt to regional market dynamics.

  • Skilled in data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.

  • Experience in managing people

Other Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in outreach, business development, or commercial operations.

  • Fluent in English
