Marketing Manager Just-Evotec Biologics
The Marketing Manager will manage Just – Evotec Biologics marketing activities in collaboration with marketing colleagues and key stakeholders. The position can be based in Germany, UK or the United States of America within the Just-Evotec Biologics Partnering and Transformation team and will report to the VP, Head of Market Development / VP Business Development at Just – Evotec Biologics.
Key Responsibilities
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments in line with agreed budget
Analyze customer insights, market trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to pro-actively build successful strategies
Understand the products and services offering and approach of key competitors; communicate products and services differentiation to sales and provide input to senior leadership
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
Maintain the Just – Evotec Biologics website – amending and working on content with consideration to SEO performance lead generation
Use scientific knowledge for content generation and to contribute towards content creation through blogs and newsletters
Representing marketing at company strategic team meetings where required
Willingness to participate in further projects on an irregular basis
Education, Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field
At least 5 years previous marketing experience in relevant industry (life sciences, diagnostics, pharma, healthcare, or medical device/technology company) with a strong understanding of B2B marketing, competitive and market analysis, and digital marketing strategies
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple activities simultaneously and to achieve timelines
Motivational team player with a high level of dedication
Extensive computer literacy including use of Microsoft Office
Well-founded understanding of digital marketing including SEO and CMS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Business fluent in English and strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
Preferred but not essential
Understanding of biopharmaceutical process development and manufacturing
A Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification
