We’re looking for a passionate and curious Manufacturing Associate I to join our team. As Manufacturing Associate I at Evotec, you'll have the freedom to ask the hard questions, think outside the box, and find creative solutions that push us forward. It’s a role where your curiosity will fuel both your personal growth and the success of the team.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform and monitor critical processes (i.e., Single use bioreactor operations, perfusion, chromatography, product filtration, and solution preparation) 

• Supporting the introduction of new products and technologies into the facility 

• Initiating non-conformances (NC) 

• Execution of Electronic Batch Records (EBR) using Manufacturing Execution System (MES) 

• Draft and revise Manufacturing Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures, as necessary 

• Support operations of glasswasher and autoclave 

• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering; or 

• Associate’s degree in science-related area and relevant experience; or 

• High school diploma or GED and 5+ years of relevant experience. 

• Capacity to develop solutions to technical issues of moderate scope 

• Ability to organize, analyze/interpret, and effectively communicate individual results 

Just Evotec operates 24 hrs a day using day shift, swing shift, and night shift on the front half and back half of the week.  There are openings on all shifts.  Applicants may not be offered the shift of their exact preference.

1, Swing shift 1 - 4 x10 hrs- Sun-Wed

2,Swing Shift 2 - 4 x10 hrs Wed-Sat, 1400-0100.

3, Day Shift1 - 4 x10 hrs Sun-Wed

4,Day Shift 2 - 4 x10 hrs Wed-Sat, 0700-1800.

5, Night shift- 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off- every other Sat to Wed, Wed to every other Sat - 19:00 - 08:00.

We are looking for people happy with the above shifts.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $28.00 to $33.00; Base salary offered may vary depending on the individual’s skills, experience and competitive market value. Additional total rewards include discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, short-term and long-term disability, company paid basic life insurance, 401k company match, flexible work, generous paid time off and paid holiday, wellness and transportation benefits.
