Location: Redmond, WA, traveling to Seattle site once a week or as required

Shifts: Days, Monday to Friday, core hours 8:00 till 17:00

We’re looking for a passionate and curious Senior Manager, QA Quality Management Systemsto join our team. What You’ll Do:

• Overall responsibility for operations of the deviation, CAPA, and change control processes.

• Lead group of QA Specialists and Sr. Specialists (5-7 people) that review and approve QMS records.

• Participating in client communication QMS records.

• Root cause analysis and classification, development of effective CAPA to address root and contributing causes.

• Approve major and critical deviations.

• Monitoring and tracking performance metrics related to QMS records.

• Participate in and help implement process improvements.

• Providing input on the development of personal performance goals.

• Train internal groups on relevant business processes.

• Perform tasks as requested by leadership to support Quality oversight activities.

• Alert senior management of significant quality, compliance, supply, and safety risks.

• Identify and escalate compliance risks associated with their area of responsibility

• Participate in strategic development of Quality Systems

• Compile and analyze group KPIs.  Lead process improvement activities specific to their area of responsibility

• Bachelor’s degree in biological or engineering science with 8+ years relevant experience

• Minimum 3 + years of management experience

• Experience in helping to build and maintain a Quality infrastructure.

• Critical thinker with a comprehensive understanding of biologics regulatory requirements, risk management principles, and science-based decision making.

• Expertise in tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA.

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and eQMS databases, including LIMS, CMMS, MES.

• Key competencies in verbal and written communication; attention to detail; data collection, management, and analysis; judgement and decision making; and building teams.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $112,560 to $154,100;  Base salary offered may vary depending on the individual’s skills, experience and competitive market value. Additional total rewards include discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, short-term and long-term disability, company paid basic life insurance, 401k company match, flexible work, generous paid time off and paid holiday, wellness and transportation benefits.
