The Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and curious, Senior IT Program Manager to join our team. What You’ll Do:

• Determine key requirements for development of new IT programs 

• Determine scope and priority of IT programs 

• Lead teams to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget 

• Coordinate work with internal clients and external contributors. 

• Collaborate with business and scientific staff across multiple disciplines to accomplish goals 

• Consistent reporting on status of multiple projects as well as progress towards IT goals 

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or equivalent years of work experience in computer science or related field 

• Experience with documenting requirements, approaches, and solutions for IT projects 

• Vendor management experience, including routine communications and requests for proposals 

• Ability to build IT program management road maps for multiple parallel projects 

• Work with scientific, business, and IT teams to set priorities 

• Strong focus on quality and attention to detail 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Effective task/time management organizational skills 

• Strong drive toward problem-solving and innovation

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $110,000 to $140,000; Base salary offered may vary depending on individual’s skills, experience and competitive market value.

Additional total rewards include discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, short-term and long-term disability, company paid basic life insurance, 401k company match, flexible work, generous paid time off and paid holiday, wellness and transportation benefits.
