What You Will Do:
Design and Build Talent for the Future:
- Lead Capability Development: Identify critical roles and define the essential skills needed to drive business success in alignment with the newly defined strategy and implementation roadmap.
- Bridge Skill Gaps: Conduct comprehensive capability assessments to pinpoint current and future skill requirements.
- Create Talent Pools: Develop frameworks to identify, pool, and nurture high-potential talent, ensuring a robust succession pipeline that guarantees business continuity.
Collaborate to Create Impact:
- Partner with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and senior leaders to co-create talent strategies that align with business priorities.
- Engage Across Boundaries: Collaborate with local HR teams, ensuring alignment with regional requirements, including obtaining works council approvals where necessary.
Drive Measurable Outcomes:
- Track Success: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and effectiveness of talent initiatives.
- Continuously Improve: Leverage data-driven insights to refine and enhance talent management practices, ensuring they remain fit-for-purpose.
Contribute to Broader Talent & Organizational Development:
- Shape Organizational Evolution: Participate in strategic initiatives, such as the redesign of performance management processes or job architecture frameworks.
- Champion Diversity and Inclusion: Ensure that all talent strategies are inclusive by design, fostering a culture where everyone can thrive.
Who You Are:
You are a forward-thinking talent leader with a proven track record of building innovative talent strategies in a global context. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a passion for developing people and organizational capabilities.
Your Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Extensive Experience: At least 8 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, and transformation in global organizations.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to design and implement talent processes that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Collaboration Mastery: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Systems Thinker: Strong expertise in systems thinking and developing fit-for-purpose HR solutions.
- Data-Driven: Experience in using data to inform and continuously improve talent strategies.
