The Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and curious, Master Data Specialist to join our team. What You’ll Do:

- Ensure that curiosity-driven questions and exploration lead to measurable, impactful results.
- Initialize and maintain GxP compliant material and production master data in SAP S4/HANA throughout their life cycle in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with our sister site in Toulouse, France and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of master data.
- Write, align and improve process documentation, procedures, regulatory testing, and data validation alongside the sister site in Toulouse, France.
- Carry out consistency control actions, analyze root-cause and resolve data anomalies in coordination with the businesses and sites involved.
- Participate in global master data projects and represent master data in strategic Business and IT projects.
- Work with appropriate teams to test business processes in SAP test environments to support integration projects and capture defects that appear during testing.
- Create reports/KPIs with data extracted from SAP on demand and for regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Management of improvement of performance indicators
- Report on its activity and any anomalies encountered in the management of ERP data daily.
- Lead improvements in the process of product data to improve quality, cost and lead time.

- Bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years of relevant experience; or Associate’s degree and 5 or more years of relevant experience; or High school diploma or GED and 8 or more years of relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience in data management and/or demand, inventory and warehouse management in SAP.
- Knowledge and understanding of the supply chain business.
- Experience with GxP regulations in the Biopharmaceutical Industry
- Good understanding of data structures (objects, tables, etc.)
- MDM experience in SAP is a must, experience with SAP functional modules SD/MM/EWM/PP, experience in FI/CO is a plus
- Knowledge of data quality tools, data profiling techniques and databases management is an advantage.
- Experience managing or executing data cleansing and data mapping processes (Tableau, Power BI)
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in setting up master data framework, relevant data -and governance structures within a heterogeneous application landscape under GxP
- Extensive understanding of business processes
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand existing business processes
- Experience managing or executing data cleansing and data mapping processes
- Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Ability to work independently as part of a global functional matrix team

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $83,000 to $86,250; Base salary offered may vary depending on individual’s skills, experience and competitive market value.
Additional total rewards include discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, short-term and long-term disability, company paid basic life insurance, 401k company match, flexible work, generous paid time off and paid holiday, wellness and transportation benefits.
