The Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and curious, Research Data Analyst I to join our team. If you’re excited by new challenges, solving complex problems, and learning every step of the way, you might just be the perfect fit. As a Research Data Analyst I at Just-Evotec, you'll have the freedom to ask the hard questions, think outside the box, and find creative solutions that push us forward. It’s a role where your curiosity will fuel both your personal growth and the success of the team.

This is an entry-level position and is not eligible for relocation assistance. The role is based in the Seattle or Redmond, WA area, and the selected candidate must reside locally or be able to commute for occasional onsite work at our facilities. Candidates must be US citizens or US Permanent Residents.

What You’ll Do:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources (e.g., internal laboratory data, external preclinical or clinical data).

• Merge and collate datasets from multiple sources for analysis, including pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic analyses

• Work closely with product teams to define outputs and monitor progress towards development plans and project milestones

• Provide logistical and documentation support to internal and external efforts in preclinical development, clinical development and regulatory affairs. 

• Provide logistical support to local on-site teams inclusive of sample management and other administrative tasks

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or engineering.

• Experience with data analysis and presentation using Excel or similar software, preferably in a R&D setting.

• Familiarity with statistical analysis

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an agile product development environment.

• Knowledge of monoclonal antibody development aspects

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $78,000 to $82,000; Base salary offered may vary depending on individual’s skills, experience and competitive market value.

Additional total rewards include discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, short-term and long-term disability, company paid basic life insurance, 401k company match, flexible work, generous paid time off and paid holiday, wellness and transportation benefits.
