The Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and curious, Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. What You’ll Do:
Maintain and update project information in various systems to ensure data accuracy.
Review new contracts for project set-up and customer invoicing details.
Raise and issue invoices to customers for intercompany and external client invoicing processes.
Manage the timesheet process to ensure employee time is accurately recorded against projects.
Assist in managing client portfolios as part of the Order to Cash process.
Lead the coordination of complex project activities, ensuring seamless integration across departments.
Work closely with finance teams to provide support with month-end reconciliations.
Assist Finance Analyst with maintaining and updating the sales order book for the group.
Prepare documentation for yearly audits where applicable and assist auditors with queries.
Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from project managers, business operations, and finance staff.
Facilitate new employee orientation on project-specific time coding and operational functions.
Document policies, procedures, and workflows for assigned areas of responsibility.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business operational workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
Due to tight month-end deadlines, work flexibly during month-end periods.
Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or administration in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (i.e., Excel, Smartsheet, and/or Tableau).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management and financial software (i.e., SAP or Workday).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $80,000 to $91,000; Base salary offered may vary depending on individual’s skills, experience and competitive market value.
Additional total rewards include discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, short-term and long-term disability, company paid basic life insurance, 401k company match, flexible work, generous paid time off and paid holiday, wellness and transportation benefits.
