  • Drive alignment, accountability, and clarity in a complex, highly matrixed environment.

  • Ensure consistent integration methodology, tools, and governance across programs.

Integration Planning & Execution

  • Create and/or be responsible for the execution of any integration strategies, roadmaps, milestones, success metrics, and cross-program dependencies.

  • Oversee operational readiness across global workstreams and ensure cross-functional deliverables remain aligned with strategic goals.

  • Proactively identify enterprise-level risks, bottlenecks, and failure points, and drive resolution with senior leadership.

Technical & Operational Integration

  • Ensure deep alignment between JEB’s Continuous Manufacturing model and the drug development deliverables of key portfolio programs.

  • Oversee technical readiness, quality system alignment, tech transfer requirements, site readiness, and biologics manufacturing expectations.

  • As needed, lead or liaison for the integration of IT platforms, digital systems, data governance, and cybersecurity alignment across organizations.

  • Oversee harmonization of data environments and ensure secure, scalable infrastructure to support integration outcomes.

  • Sponsor and/or oversee organizational change management efforts required to drive alignment and adoption across key stakeholder groups.

  • Ensure training, onboarding, knowledge transfer, and capability-building activities are aligned with integration requirements.

Budget, Resources & Financial Stewardship

  • Own and manage the integration budget and other major cost drivers, including travel and resource expenditures.

  • Ensure disciplined spend management and align budget utilization with program priorities and deliverables.

  • Forecast resource needs and coordinate allocation across global teams.

  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership teams, C-suite, and Board-level audiences.

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional senior leaders without direct authority and drive enterprise-level accountability.

  • Strong experience with project governance, portfolio management, enterprise risk management, and strategic decision-making.
