WhatYou’llDo:

• ActasakeyconnectoracrossFacilities & Engineering,Manufacturing, MSAT, CQV, andQualityto solvecomplexoperationalandtechnicalchallenges

• Drive data-drivencontinuousimprovementinitiatives,trackingperformance andoptimizingKPIs andtools

• Lead multiple cross-functionalprojects,ensuringexecution,timing, andresourcealignment

• Manage anddevelopateamofengineers, planners, andtechnicians,includingskillsdevelopmentand succession planning

• Owntheannualtechnicalshutdownstrategyandexecution, in collaborationwithCMMS planning

• Lead Engineering & Facilitiesinvolvementin Capital ProjectsfromrequirementsdefinitionthroughFAT/SAT and systemhandoverintooperations

• Conducttechnicalinvestigations andriskassessmentsusingLeanmethodologies,ensuringrobustcorrective actions

• Continuouslyoptimizemaintenancestrategies,costs, and performance in collaborationwithsite engineering leadership

WhoYouAre:

• Master’sor Engineeringdegreewith10+yearsofexperiencein GMPbiopharmaorregulatedindustries

• Strong background in GMP utilities and infrastructuresystems(HVAC, WFI, cleansteam,gases, boilers, etc.)

• ExperiencedinmanagingCMMS and QMSenvironments

• Confidentrepresentingengineeringsystemsin audits andregulatoryinspections

• Provenleader inprojectdeliveryand team managementwithincross-functionalenvironments

• Stronganalyticalmindset,withexperienceusingKPIssuchas MTBF, OEE, andenergyefficiencymetrics

• Hands-onexperiencewithLean / Six Sigmatoolsandcontinuousimprovementmethodologies

• Strongmechanicalunderstanding,detail-oriented, andquality-driven

• Fluent in English and French,withstrongstakeholder managementskillsacrosstechnicalandqualityfunctions

• Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Office andprojectmanagementtools(Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.)

• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt)isa plus
