Senior Specialist - Talent Acquisition

Position Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities and attracting top talent to support the organization’s growth. This role serves as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while driving efficient, high‑quality hiring processes. The Senior TA Partner also contributes to improving recruitment strategies, tools, and employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-level to senior and specialized roles across multiple functions.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define job requirements, sourcing strategies, and selection processes.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies (direct search, networking, talent mapping, market research).
Screen, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring strong alignment with both job requirements and company culture.
Manage offer processes, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding transitions.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights, market intelligence, and recommendations on talent acquisition trends.
Facilitate regular recruitment updates and contribute to workforce planning discussions.
Coach and support hiring managers in best practices for interviewing and talent evaluation.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
Champion a best‑in‑class candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives: career events, university partnerships, and internal advocacy.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment processes.
Process Optimization & Reporting
Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and quality of hires.
Maintain high-quality data in Workday and generate recruitment analytics and insights.
Participate in P&O and cross‑functional projects related to talent acquisition and workforce development.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within an international or fast‑paced environment.
Proven experience managing senior-level or highly specialized recruitments.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methodologies, and recruitment technologies (ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
